Replacement fuse to fit the Eminence PX and PXB range of crossovers.
The lamps will normally flash with use, and will flash brightly at high power. The lamps have a positive temperature coefficient, so as the lamps light up, the resistance of the lamp filament increases, reducing the power delivered to the HF part of the circuit, thereby offering a level of HF protection.
Excessive power will cause the lamps to blow, generally preventing damage to the HF driver, though it is impossible to guarantee this.
