Returns

Business to Consumer (B2C). Should you be unsatisfied or change your mind with a product you have purchased from our web site or mail order, it can be returned within 28 days from date of delivery. You have 14 days Cooling Off Period to decide if you want to return an item, then a further 14 days to send the item. Returns outside of the returns window may be rejected or subjected to a 25% Administration Fee. Returns must be in an unused, new condition, as supplied. Special orders and orders sent direct from the supplier will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. If a product is in a factory sealed plastic clam type package, please do not open to examine the contents, as we will not accept any returns for the item. All returns must have a valid RMA number. Please contact us for an RMA number before returning any goods. The cost of returning unwanted goods is the responsibility of the buyer. You will get a refund of what you have paid less the shipping cost of getting the product to you. If your order qualified for free shipping, this will be less £12 and less any Paypal fees we incur, as Paypal no longer refund the fees. If we have to collect your item there will be a minimum fee of £12. This also applies to failed deliveries due to customer not being in, or refused goods which are returned to back to us. In order to get a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original undamaged packaging, complete with all accessories. Consumable items, such as styli and lamps cannot be returned, unless they are proved to be faulty also headphones and earphones may not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Spare parts cannot be returned, but at our discretion and will be subject to a 25% Administration Fee.

Buisness to Buisness (B2B) are excluded from the distance selling regulations. That is equipment purchased by a Buisness, Limited Company, Sole Trader, Bar, Night Club, Mobile DJs or used for a buisness. Unlike (B2C) there is no cooling off period for (B2B) transactions, so any accepted returns will be subject to a 25% Administration Fee.

By placing an order you are agreeing to our Term and Conditions along with the refund Policy.

To complete your return, we require an order number, name, packing slip or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your item/s back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Made to order leads, special orders or any item not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts, used or for reasons not due to our error will be refunded acordingly.

Faulty Items
If an item developes a fault within the warranty period, it is the responsability of the buyer to return the item back to us for evaluation. Please obtain a RMA number before returning any items. The item will be repaired and returned back to the customer carriage free. If the item is not covered by the warranty a cost of repair will be issued along with the return shipping cost. Faulty items may be replaced at our discretion if we feel a repair is not viable. The option for a refund on faulty items will only apply within in the 14 days of receiving the item, after this the item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.  If your order qualified for free shipping, this will be less £12 and less any Paypal fees we incur, as Paypal no longer refund the fees. If we have to collect your item there will be a minimum fee of £12.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: DJ Supplies Sound and Lighting Ltd, Unit 3, Tenat Works, Worcester Road, Kidderminster, DY10 1JR, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you arrange us to collect, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is trackable.
